Navis Crew Management (NCM) assigns well-qualified, experienced, skilled and certified ratings and officers on all types of vessels within merchant and offshore. NCM conducts the required briefing to crewmembers concerning the types of vessels they are to embark, their functional duties, responsibilities and background of the Company. Our aim is to provide the best service to both our principals and seafarers.
